Serving Cheese

The first rule to remember when it comes to serving cheese is to ALWAYS serve at room temperature, not cold from the refrigerator. Always ensure to take the cheese out of the refrigerator early enough for it to come to room temperature. Depending on the hardness of the cheese, sometimes it can take from one hour to 30 minutes. Harder cheeses tend to take longer to come to room temperature than soft ones. Make sure you leave the cheese wrapped so to ensure the cheese surface wont dry up.

As far as serving goes, at we recommend using a cutting board or marble piece where to place the cheese cuts. Make sure to have a knife for each cheese. This way you ensure not to mix flavors & aromas.
