Asiago D'Allevo Oro Del Tempo is a traditional cheese from the village of Asiago in northern Veneto near the Dolomite mountains. As its name suggests, this Asiago is as good as gold, due in part to its year long aging process. Lunchtime beckons this cheese as it can be thoroughly enjoyed on crusty bread with slices of salami and a fruity red wine.
